Overview Each store can use the Free Trial once for each paid plan. Free Trial eligibility is tracked separately for each plan. This means that using the trial for one paid plan does not affect your eligibility for another paid plan. Here’s how Free Trial eligibility works when you subscribe to or switch between plans. How does Free Trial eligibility work? 1. One Free Trial per paid plan Each store is eligible for the Free Trial once for each paid plan. For example: - If you have already used the Free Trial for the Unlimit plan, you cannot use the Unlimit trial again. - If you have not used the Free Trial for the Scale plan, you can still start a Scale trial. - If you have already used the Free Trial for both Unlimit and Scale, you will no longer be eligible for a trial on either plan. Important: Free Trial eligibility is tracked separately for each paid plan. 2. Switching plans does not reset your trial Switching to another plan does not reset a Free Trial you have already used. For example: Free Trial Plan A → Plan B → Plan A When you return to Plan A: - You will not receive another Free Trial for Plan A. - Plan A will remain marked as Free Trial already used. - You can still subscribe to Plan A at its regular price. The same rule applies to all paid plans. 3. Overview Price Badges help highlight your product's price, compare-at price, and promotional information in a customized price block. Important: When a Price Badge is displayed, it replaces your theme's existing price display. If you use an App Block to position the Price Badge, disable the existing price display to avoid duplicate prices. How do I create a Price Badge? Step 1: Create a Price Badge 1. From the app sidebar, go to Price Badges. 2. Click Create price badge to start a new campaign. Step 2: Customize the Price Badge In the Design tab, you'll find three default elements: - Compare Price - Price - Badge You can click each element to customize it individually. 1. Compare Price Select Compare Price to customize how the original price appears. You can adjust settings such as: - Background - Bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough - Text color - Font family - Font size - Desktop and Mobile visibility - Placement Tip: Use strikethrough on the Compare Price to make the difference between the original and current price easier to recognize. 2. Price Select Price to customize the product's current price. You can adjust its text style, color, font, size, device visibility, placement, and other available settings. 3. Badge Select Badge to add promotional information alongside the prices, such as SALE, SAVE 40%, or another message. You can customize the badge's: - Icon, icon size, color, background - Content, text style - Font size and line height - Desktop and Mobile visibility You can click Add block to add additional elements or hide them from your Price Badge layout. Step 3: Choose which products display the Price Badge Go to the Products tab to choose which products the Price Badge applies to. Important: A product must meet the conditions you've configured for the Price Badge to appear. Overview Trust Badges help build customer confidence by highlighting important information on your product pages, such as payment methods, product benefits, and service guarantees. With Fordeer, you can create and customize Trust Badges, choose where they appear, and control which products and devices display them. This guide explains how to create and publish a Trust Badge campaign. Before creating a Trust Badge Before you start, make sure Fordeer: Badge is enabled on your store. 1. From the app dashboard, click Activate. 2. Enable Fordeer: Badge. 3. Click Save in the top-right corner. Important: Fordeer: Badge app must be enabled for your Trust Badges to appear on your storefront. How do I create a Trust Badge? Step 1. Create a new Trust Badge 1. From the app sidebar, go to Trust Badges. 2. Click Create trust badge to start a new campaign. Step 2. Choose and customize your Trust Badge In the Design tab, you can build your Trust Badge by adding and customizing different blocks. Click Add block and choose the type of content you want to add: - Trust badge content: Add a heading, description, or other text to your Trust Badge. - Trust badge image: Add payment badges or upload your own badge images. - Trust badge icon: Add an icon with supporting text, such as delivery, security, or buyer protection information. How to use snippet code to adjust label position on the storefront?

Overview Fordeer uses an automated algorithm to detect common components in your theme and display labels in the positions you've configured. In some themes, the app may not be able to detect the correct product image position. If your label does not appear properly, you can use Snippet Code to manually add the label to your theme. This guide explains how to add Snippet Code to your Shopify theme. Important: After creating a label, wait 10–15 seconds and check your storefront first. If the label displays correctly, you do not need to use Snippet Code. How do I add Snippet Code to my theme? Step 1: Create a label Make sure you have already created the label you want to display. If you haven't created one yet, click Create and complete your label setup first. Step 2: Copy the Snippet Code 1. Open your label and go to the Design tab. 2. Scroll down and expand Advanced, then find Snippet Code and click Copy code. Step 3: Identify the product image wrapper 1. Go to your storefront and open your browser's developer tools. 2. Navigate to the page where you want the label to appear and identify the outer wrapper of the product image. 3. Make sure the wrapper uses position: relative rather than position: absolute. Important: This step requires basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and your Shopify theme structure. If you're unsure which element to use, contact our support team before editing your theme. Step 4: Open your theme code 1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes, then open Edit code for your current theme. 2. Overview You can control which products display a label based on their inventory status. For example, you can show a label only on products that are in stock, out of stock, or have a specific amount of inventory remaining. This guide explains how to set up inventory-based conditions for your labels. How do I set an inventory condition? Step 1. Open the label settings 1. Go to Labels and open the label you want to configure, or create a new label. 2. Then, select the Products tab from the left sidebar. Step 2. Choose which products the label applies to 1. First, select the products you want to apply the label to. 2. Then, scroll down to Inventory status. Tip: Product targeting and inventory conditions can be used together to control more precisely where your label appears. Step 3. Select an inventory status Under Inventory status, choose one of the following options: - Any: Display the label regardless of the product's inventory status. - In stock: Display the label only when the product is in stock. - Out stock: Display the label only when the product is out of stock. - Custom: Set a specific inventory quantity condition for the label. If you select Custom, choose one of the following conditions: - Equal or greater: Display the label when the available stock is equal to or greater than the number you enter. - Equal or smaller: Display the label when the available stock is equal to or smaller than the number you enter. - Range: Display the label when the available stock falls within the range you set. Overview To help us check your Label/Badge campaigns without affecting your live store, follow the steps below to duplicate your current theme and enable Label on the duplicate. Once completed, please send us the theme preview link and your store password (if applicable) so our team can check the issue. Step 1: Deactivate Label on Your Current Theme 1. Go to your current theme and open App embeds. 2. Find the Label app embed and turn it off. Important: Remember to click Save after making the change. Step 2: Duplicate Your Current Theme 1. Go to Shopify Admin → Online Store → Themes. 2. Find your current theme, open the theme actions menu, and select Duplicate. 3. Wait for Shopify to finish creating the duplicated theme before continuing. Step 3: Enable Label on the Duplicated Theme 1. Open the duplicated theme and go to App embeds. 2. Find Label and enable the app embed. This allows us to test Label on the duplicated theme without affecting your live theme. Important: - Remember to click Save. - Activate the campaigns that you would like us to check. Step 4: Send Us the Theme Preview Link 1.
