How to use snippet code to adjust badge position on the storefront?

Hello from Fordeer! Currently, our app uses an automated algorithm to analyze common components in your theme and automatically display badges in the positions you have set. However, there may be cases where the algorithm cannot properly analyze your theme. In such instances, we highly recommend using Snippet Code as an alternative. Hereโ€™s how you can add the Snippet Code to your theme code by following these steps: 1. Create a Badge Campaign: 2. Ensure you have already created or have a badge campaign. If not, please click the Create button to create a badge campaign successfully. 3. Copy the Shortcode: 4. In the Design section, scroll down and click on the Advanced arrow action to reveal the shortcode. Click Copy code 1. Identify the Product Image Wrapper: - Go to your storefront and open the Console section. - Navigate to the pages where you want to show the badge, and identify the outer wrapper of the product image. (Ensure it has position: relative and not position: absolute.) 1. Edit Your Theme Code: 2. Go to Online Store > Themes > Edit code. - Search for the key code of the outer wrapper of the product image on the pages where you want to add the badge. Double-check to ensure you have found the correct one. - Paste the copied shortcode from the badge campaign into the code section. - Click Save to save the changes. 1. Verify Label Display: 2. Check the label display on the specified pages. Important Notes: - Each badge campaign has a specific shortcode. If you have three badge campaigns, you need to add three lines of code to your theme code. - This action requires coding skills. - You need to add the shortcode to all the pages where you want the label to badge. For example, if you want to show badges on the homepage, product pages, and collections, you need to add the shortcode to the Liquid code on each page. - After creating the badge, please wait 10-15 seconds for our app to load and then check the badge display on your product images. If the badge appears, you do not need to add the shortcode to your theme. Use the shortcode only if the label does not show on the storefront. If you are unsure where to add the code, please use the default position and contact us via live chat for a prompt fix or fill out this form to resolve the theme incompatibility quickly. Besides, you can add the bagde block to the theme editor to make sure the badge will display on your storefront. We value your feedback โ€” it helps us continuously improve ForDeer and provide you with a better experience. ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Demo store: Check out here with password: 1 ๐Ÿ‘‰ Chat with us: Share your feedback directly with our team. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Email us: support@fordeercommerce.io ๐Ÿ‘‰ Explore more apps: Discover more ForDeer apps. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Join our community: Join ForDeer Community to get the latest updates, tips, and special deals. ๐Ÿ• Working hours: 8:30 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM (UTC+7), Mondayโ€“Friday. How to schedule the labels/badges?

Overview You can schedule when your labels/badges appear on your store using Date range and Weekly settings. Use Date range to run a label/badge during a specific period, or Weekly to choose specific days and times of the week. This guide explains how to configure both scheduling options. How do I schedule a label/badge? Step 1: Go to Schedule settings 1. Open the label/badge you want to schedule and go to the Settings tab. 2. Scroll down and expand Schedule settings. Step 2: Set a Date range 1. Enable Date range to set a specific period for your label/badge. 2. Choose: - From date: When the label/badge starts displaying. - To date: When the label/badge stops displaying. For example, you can schedule a SALE label to appear only during a promotional campaign. Step 3: Set a Weekly schedule Enable Weekly if you want the label/badge to appear only on specific days of the week. Select the days you want the label/badge to display. For each selected day, you can choose: - All day: Display the label/badge for the entire day. - Time range: Set a specific start and end time for that day. You can configure each day separately. Tip: Use Weekly scheduling for recurring campaigns, such as weekend promotions or offers that run during specific hours. Step 4: Save your schedule Once you've finished setting the schedule, click Save in the top-right corner. Your label/badge will display according to the date and time conditions you've configured. What happens if both Date range and Weekly are enabled? When both Date range and Weekly are enabled, the label/badge must follow both scheduling conditions. If their end times are different, Fordeer prioritizes the condition that ends first. The {days_remaining} variable also follows the earlier ending time. For example: - Date range: Ends on September 23. - Weekly: The current schedule ends at 11:59 PM on September 22. In this case, the Weekly schedule ends first, so the label/badge will stop displaying according to the Weekly setting. The {days_remaining} variable will also count down based on that schedule. Important: When using both scheduling options, check both settings carefully to make sure your label/badge appears during the intended period. Why isn't my scheduled label/badge showing? If the label/badge is not visible, check that: - The current date and time fall within your Date range. - The current day is enabled under Weekly. - The current time falls within the selected Time range, if applicable. - The label/badge is active and its other display conditions are met. Note: Schedule settings are available on the Standard plan and higher. How to set priority for labels and badges?

Hello from Fordeer, When using Priority, you probably meet this case: You set up Priority already, but it doesn't work as you expected. This article might provide you answers for that question: NOTE: 1 is the highest priority Enabled the feature: Hide if the label has the same or a higher priority number: This will hide the label if another label with same or higher priority is also supposed to display on the same product. - ** Without Priority**: If a label doesnโ€™t have the priority feature enabled, it will display according to the settings youโ€™ve configured. Labels created later will appear over those created earlier. - With Priority: If you set a priority for label campaigns on specific products, please check out a couple of cases below Labels/badges with different priority 1. Different priorities The label/badge with higher priority will automatically show up, and the one with lower priority will be hidden. Example Result Label: "SALE" with priority = 1 and is not enabled And label: "LAST ONE" with priority = 2 and is enabled Label "SALE" will be automatically displayed( since it has higher priority: 1), and "LAST ONE" will be hidden 2. Different priorities and none is enabled The label/badge with higher priority will overlap the one with lower priority Example Result Label: "ONLY 1 LEFT" with priority = 2 and label: "PREORDER" with priority = 3. Both of them are not enabled Label "ONLY 1 LEFT" will appear over the label "PREORDER" Labels/badges with same priorities 1. Same priorities and both are enabled Both of them will be hidden 2. Same priorities and none is enabled Both of them will display. Label which is created later will overlap the one is created first. **For example: ** SALE ( created August 26th, 2024) And IN STOCK (created August 25th, 2024) both have: - The same quantity( =3) - Did not enable the feature: Hide if the label has the same or a higher priority number => Both of them will display. SALE label will overlap on IN STOCK label 3. Same priorities but just 1 label is enabled - Label(s) is not enabled: Display - Label(s) is enabled: Hidden We hope this clarifies how the Priority feature works.
